Sleep is a health habit - not a luxury

Poor sleep 🫩can lead to an increase in hunger hormones - craving those quick energy fixes! Which means being tired makes us susceptible to snacking more and moving less!

What’s your biggest barrier to getting enough sleep? (Mine is Netflix 🫣… just finish watching this …..)

How my Friday night has gone 🤣 lovely long walk with my very camera shy friend - then back home for some skincare pampering with Tropic Skincare face mask …. Trying to get some more protein into my meals - mushroom omelette 🍳 for lunch …. Adding some of this egg white is a great way to do that without adding too many extra calories …. Have you tried it??
