Today, the team enjoyed a visit from an ice cream van as part of our Staff Appreciation Week celebrations – a well-deserved treat for everyone!
We're also getting ready for our big Staff BBQ on Friday, with our colourful balloon arch already in place and helping to build excitement for the end-of-week celebration.

Last night, our teams celebrated the 50th anniversary of Rochmills Group!
We had an incredible evening filled with great entertainment, including a DJ, live band, dancers, a 360 photo booth, and a delicious three-course meal.
We were also honoured to be joined by the Mayor of Northampton, helping to make this milestone occasion even more special.
It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on 50 years of success, celebrate our achievements, and recognize the people who have contributed to the company's journey.
