Therapeutic Team Manager Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Therapeutic Team Manager to join the growing team at Broad Horizons Therapy Service.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a qualified and experienced practitioner who is passionate about supporting children, families, adults, and professionals through high-quality, trauma-responsive services.

The role includes:
✅ Overseeing enquiries and referrals
✅ Providing case supervision and support to associate therapists
✅ Supporting service quality and development
✅ Contributing to the growth of an innovative and values-led organisation

We're particularly interested in hearing from applicants who:
• Have experience of therapeutic interventions and trauma-responsive practice
• Have leadership, supervision, or management experience
• Are based in Northamptonshire or within a reasonable travelling distance

This role sits at the heart of our service supporting therapists, coordinating, and helping us deliver meaningful therapeutic support to children, young people, adults and families.

We’re looking for someone who leads with empathy, communicates well, thrives in a people-centred environment, and understands trauma-responsive practice.

We are so proud to be part of something making a real difference. 🙌

This project has made a genuine difference.
Young people with care experience who often face long waits for therapeutic support were able to access timely, tailored therapy when they needed it most. The progress we’ve seen has been remarkable, with young people showing increased confidence, emotional stability, and a renewed sense of resilience. Partnering with Right Resolution CIC and Procure Plus on this has been an absolute privilege, and the positive changes we’ve witnessed speak for themselves.💙
