Are you caring for someone living with Parkinson's?

Northamptonshire Carers and Northants Parkinson's People are running two free workshops for unpaid carers, offering practical advice, support and the opportunity to meet others in a similar situation.

The workshops will cover:
💙 Understanding Parkinson's
💙 Practical support for carers
💙 Connecting with other carers
🍴 Lunch and refreshments provided

📅 Workshop 1: Wednesday 15th July, 10am–2pm
📍 The Snug, Grange Park Community Centre, Northampton

📅 Workshop 2: Wednesday 21st October, 10am–2pm
📍 Northamptonshire Carers Boardroom, Wellingborough
