Every two weeks, our Care Professionals, managers, and senior team take a well-deserved break from their busy schedules to come together over a coffee and a chat.

These meet-ups aren't about paperwork or planning the next shift. They're about getting to know the incredible people behind the job – sharing stories, hobbies, family life, achievements, and plenty of laughter along the way.

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting Nuffield Health Northampton and meeting Fin, one of the Personal Trainers delivering their FREE 12-week Joint Pain Programme. We had a great conversation about the importance of staying active, building strength, and regaining confidence when living with joint pain.
