🌿 Meet Lauryna – our Community Engagement Officer! 🌿

You may already know her as Laura, and if you’ve attended a local community event, networking meeting or one of our dementia awareness sessions, there’s a good chance you’ve already met her! 💚

With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and previous experience in care, supporting people has always been an important part of Laura’s life. Her role at Home Instead Northampton is all about building relationships, connecting with local organisations and helping to bridge the gap between people, communities and the services available to them.

Outside of Home Instead, Laura continues to support people within the local community, particularly those facing language or system barriers.

And when she isn’t out and about in Northampton? You’ll probably find her spending time with her family, travelling, reading, cooking, gardening or at her allotment growing something for the office to sample! 🌱🍅

Laura says:

“I strongly believe that kindness, dignity and time can change people’s lives. I’m passionate about bringing communities and services together and making sure people know that support is there when they need it.”
