To keep things fair and organised, a clear cancellation policy applies to all client bookings. Late cancellations or missed appointments mean the time can’t be offered to someone else.

Fees:
• Cancel 48+ hrs ahead -no fee
• Cancel less than 48 hrs -50%
• Same day / no-show -100%
