🤍 🕊 Sunday ✨ ️🕊 ✨️ Stillness 🕊 🤍

Once more with guided presence I write ☆

'The art of Stillness can be so profound, it can often be difficult to truly recognise and embrace with a full open heart, it can raise so many emotions and reactions ... a 'time' that it is not easy ... but ... it is worth it.

Stillness within the bible is not the absence of mere noise and activity ... it is a 'profound' spiritual posture that allows those who choose to be open / believe ... to ... truly experience God's presence and be blessed to hear his voice'

Spiritual Stillness is the reference to that background of awareness ... that reality that goes beyond duality ... beyond positivity and negativity.

It is reaching that point of our 'supreme self'.

Stillness in every sense is key for breaking through, for acceptance, for resilience ... for finding and embracing ones true self from ones core.

To Be'come 'Peaceful' ... Peace Filled ... the work is required and that work includes going within, outwith, making choices that are not always guided by the heart but also by the gut and what one observes / witnesses ⚜️

One requires a strength to stand tall and steadfast in ones truth and be'come good with releasing and not blinkered by manipulation (self serving / deliberate by others), or that which one desires.

The path is usually a lonely one for the most part as one must go deep and not be distracted or influenced by the external landscape and all it entices.

Today, after a week that has been eventful, one that has gifted many lessons / blessings ... I affirm ... my commitment to 'Stillness', 'Silence' once more and I choose to release and relinquish all that does not serve thy highest purpose.

I openly choose to release all and any binds, connections, threads ... to people, places, words, vows, situations, agendas, experiences known and unknown with a heart that is filled with love, joy and faith.

Command ... 'All chords cut ... never to be re attached' ✨️

I choose to honour, to embrace thy soul purpose and all alignments from this day forth in the highest vibration of love, with trust and integrity.

As I commence this chapter, I do so with no negative attachments, from that space of presence ... remembering with love/joyfully those who have gone before, recognising my humaness that when sadness does befall, this is natural and returning once more to that state of gratitude for all that was wonderfully shared.

🤍 🕊 Strange ✨️ 🕊 ✨️ Sunday 🕊 🤍

Has my eyes deceived me or did I really just see a 'Black Dove'.

So, as always, I place more feed into the bird feeder, I have to say, sad as this may sound, a big highlight of my day is watching the birds fly in to feed, watching the dynamics between the starling, the crow, the pigeon, the dove, the robin and then watching the dynamics of those who come who are most definitely feeding their young, its fascinating and so wonderful.

But ... not too long ago, after Gaffer the crow fed I looked out and for a split second I saw what appeared like a dove type bird, it was a silky black and as quick as I saw it and it saw me it flew off which is natural for the doves 🕊 who come here, they like to be left alone as they feed and they seem to be making their way into the big world out there.

So, my question ... has anyone else seen or thought they have saw a Black Dove type bird ... it was over so quickly I could not get a pic.

I have done a little research and it doesn't look like black doves are common or are here in the UK but I swear that's what it looked like for the split moment I saw it.

Or ... were my eyes deceiving me ?

Or ... was I being visually given a sign 🤔

🤍 🕊 Saturday ✨️🕊✨️ Surrender 🕊 🤍

Rising on this beautiful day, ready to surrender its outcome to all that comes forth with love, tenderness and curiousity.

Its in its own way, a 'perfect day' here, everyone is at home which is highly unusual ... its a day to embrace the beauty that is love ...'family'... and my only planned visit is one to my local parish where I will light candles for my loved ones and those who have recently passed over.

This got me thinking of how important it is to truly embrace every moment with those we care about, those who are present in our good and not so good times, those who are loyal and loving to us ... those who love us without conditions, which, is so very rare ... those who are there in our time of need.

Yesterday, whilst in SITP, a beautiful message was gifTed from a friend I held so dear, one who was so beautiful in every way and taken long before anyone ever should be, leaving a loving young family behind, one who taught me many lessons through her genuine kindness and humble, pure demeanour ... and ... in this forthcoming week, I head home with my sister to spend time with family as the last of our fathers generation is laid to rest in Edinburgh, his youngest sister, my beautiful, elegant Aunt.

Through this ending of a generation, the sadness of a day will bring together many who have not seen each other in a long time and the lineage will continue with old family bonds once more being reignited.

Through all darkness ... a light continues to flicker ... that light for many is 'hope' and it is within that hope that we find ourselves once more ... and then ... for many through surrender and acceptance priorities can change.

Today, I wish you all a Blessed day, look around and see the beauty that surrounds you ... the love that befalls you from 2 and 4 legged alike ... maybe, even consider picking up the phone or sending a message to another you care for just to let them know you are thinking of them and rekindle that bond XxX

As I lie here, I am guided to share this that is coming through ... if it resonates great, if it doesn't, that is great also 🤍🕊🤍

"Thoughts come and go, if we choose them to, however, Thoughts can become reality if we focus ... on one/them ... and ... deliver it/them ... to FruiTion.

The mind is a powerful tool/machine and with many machines programming takes place in order for it to work optimally ... and for the benefit of ???.

For some machines, optimally equates to in accordance with, all learning the same processes

To gain the right programme/processes, teaching, training, the learning of the methods is required.

However

Not one programme, process, method fits all requirements, especially when it comes to the individuality that is ... ones souls purpose ✨️

Questions:

⚜️ What is ones true purpose

⚜️ What is ones role within the purpose

⚜️ Who benefits

⚜️ Who or What instilled the programming, the processes, the methods that one now operates from

Thought ... On occassion one must be willing to Learn ~ UnLearn ~ and ~ ReLearn to enable one to operate optimally in line with soul purpose.

Soul purpose is individual and cannot be taught, it must be found by self, by putting in the work through commitment, alignment and showing up willing to Learn, UnLearn and ReLearn with, in and through Gnosis ... inner knowing.

For many this may be with the aid of one who walks alongside self ... not one who imprints own practice on self ... for that ... is the continuation of another's practice, not own"

Mmmm, as the above came through, for me, there is great resonance as I believe everyone has their own uniqueness and that uniqueness is intuitively required to be accessed by self in order for continued consciousness to flow and fly 🕊

Good morning on this Blessed, Beautiful day ... the day that we celebrate the one who is the epitome of the Divine Feminine … today is the feast day of Mary Magdalene … known as the “Apostle to the Apostles”.

Mary of Magdala … the first to see Jesus after his resurrection … the Patron Saint of Women, Converts, Pharmacists, Hairdressers and so much more.

This glorious lady was said by Phillip to be “Christ’s companion” she is said to have “Kissed our lord many times on the mouth, because she loved him more than all the disciples”

Today in Vezelay, many gather to join the presentation of Mary’s remains, they celebrate Mary for the beautiful Saint that she was … is and forever shall be … it is claimed that Mary remained for the last 30 years of her life in her grotto … the Grotto de Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, that is situated to the east of Plan-d’Aups-Sainte-Baume and some of her precious relics are located under the altar there … her grotto is carved into the side of a mountain, very much in the same vain as St. Michael the Archangels cave in The Gargano 🕊🤍🕊

Mary was/is a wisdom keeper, she is one of the 3 Marys … she is/was a healer … eyewitness … she supports us in this lifetime … for me the Easter Egg miracle was her imparting to Caesar the wisdom of Christ’s rising … nothing else … she has her own scripture but unfortunately when that was found, it had pages removed from it.! … thus … her story will never be truly known by the works of her own hands … however ... maybe just maybe ... if ... we sit in the silence, actively listen ... who knows ... she may just impart some of her wisdom direct ... Today, I honour Mary of Magdala

A GUIDED MESSAGE ~ Is it for You 🕊

"Every'thing that happens, happens for a reason"

This is what is coming through in this mo'ment and I am going to continue to see where this leads as it feels this is required to be seen by someone, and/or possibly me too ... ✨️

"That 'thing' and reason for it, is unique to each individual.

Growth, shedding, accepting, transition ... are ... merely a few potential reasons.

But through everything, with every change there remains a choice, a choice for all parties on how the outcome will be presented and received and it is here where individually, one has the choice ... the power ... the option of how to convey or accept that which is bestowed upon or by them.

One can choose to honour that which has gone before, the memories, the good times and move forward in love or one can choose to move into hurt mode, apportioning blame, be'coming expressive of 'their truth' then be'coming bitter, twisted even ... but ... with this choosing one usually ends up hurting oneself in the process and the mask that is worn, eventually slips' ... that may take time but it will eventually happen and when it does, the cycle repeats.

Life gifts change, it is ones time to flow, to fly even and every one has the right to choose how they move through their life ... there is literally no need to or for hurt ... perception, on occassion pride is what takes over here and in turn can cause divides.

However, remember, the hurt that one feels can be transmuted, it can be utilised to be'come the triggering motivator for one gaining the direct focus for moving forward in more pre'sent alignment and successfully achieving ones true desires and requirements attributed to ones life purpose and it is at this stage one recognises that life is ones own ... and ... every other thing is actually a blessing even if it is gifted through a triggering lesson.

It can be eye opening to witness and observe the consumption that takes place when need, desire and greed become the motivating factors ... but ... remember, the choice is always available to remain or refrain, to participate or to abstain.

It is in our choosing that we emit our frequency ... remember ... like attracts like"

As I re read the above that was gifted ... I recognise that I, myself had a trigger yesterday and I can say here and now, I am actually proud of the handling of it as I did not feed the hand or mind that delivered it and through this the outcome be'came very positive ... the recognition that ones ego was in the driving position when the individual moved the goal posts for their own personal power is liberating, the moving of the goal posts ultimately back fired on them, I take no joy in that but I feel some of the above is most definitely supportive of recognising that ... stay in your power, stand tall in your truth and allow all that takes place to flow away
