Quick question for my people:
Would you spend a day on a mountain bike trail working out what’s actually holding you back?
I’m exploring a day retreat that mixes riding with life coaching. A day of human being, not human doing. Movement that opens something up. Conversation that actually give meaning.
Never been on a mountain bike? Brilliant. Genuinely. Because stepping into something unfamiliar IS the work. The trail becomes the coach before I’ve said a word.
