Our men’s mental health football team are playing the cast of Hollyoaks this Sunday Aug 2nd to raise funds for our life changing give back programme.

Food, music, an amazing raffle with prizes from local businesses ( raffle tickets can be purchased on the day) and a chance to meet the cast.

Our men’s mental health awareness team played their first ever match last Sunday to support another charity.

It was a really proud moment for MBBA to see the team in full kit after only starting the group in February.

The support and teamwork in the sessions is wonderful, giving men a space to connect, engage in football again, talk about their problems should they want to do so and win some trophies!

They came away with a 3-1 win!

I’ll be sharing some of the testimonials from the men involved in the coming weeks. It really is the mental match and we are really proud to provide a space and purpose for men regardless of age or ability

We did it! The MBBA triple border challenge for MBBA is complete!
It was the hardest but most rewarding experience we have ever had, the climbing, the miles and the heat were no easy task but we pushed through.

Thank you all so much for your donations towards our giveback programme.

This weekend 4 of us are climbing Mont Blanc to raise funds for our life changing give back programme!
We were 6 but the training has injured 2 already, this is no easy task!
Thank you so much for all your support so far, every penny goes directly back into the space meaning free sessions for those who need them plus extra subsidised activites like counselling without the long waiting lists!
