Meet the team behind Namix.

We're not the biggest gym.
We're not a national chain.
We’re not backed by big investors.

We’re just a group of people who care deeply about helping our members and customers move better, get stronger, recover from injuries, and enjoy exercise.

Days like the Namix Games yesterday remind us how lucky we are to have such an incredible community around us. When we see success stories of our clients from having an injury to completing the Namix Games that’s what has us beaming with joy!

Thank you to every person who made yesterday special. We're already looking forward to the next one with you all.

Hopefully we’ll see more new faces there! ❤️

Wow, what a day! 😍

Another successful Namix Games event. ✨

Thank you so much to everyone that came down to watch, our hard-working team, everyone who entered the games and everyone who volunteers. The day was a success because you help make it that ♥️ The day is impossible without you all so thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🙏🏼

We also leave the gym after the Namix Games event feeling very proud and reflective. This time our two main highlights today was seeing everyone’s children, family and friends cheering them on and be a part of their gym experience with them 🥹

But also a major highlight was that we got to see of our clients complete the full race with the runs after having ACL surgery less than 12 months ago! It made us all very emotional to watch her complete the Namix games and we are incredibly proud of her.
We’ll showcase more about her incredible journey soon! 👀

One final very special thank you also goes to Tom, who plans, organises and is the mastermind behind these games! Without him, these Namix Games would never have started so thank you so much for all your hard work and effort into these games ♥️

It’s almost here… THE NAMIX GAMES 🔥

The stage is set for tomorrow 👀

Reminder that the gym is closed between 8am-2pm tomorrow for the games and will reopen at 2pm-4pm for usual workouts.

If you aren’t competing tomorrow but would like to see what it’s all about… pop down and cheer on our athletes 💪🏽

The first wave starts at 10am ⏰

Athletes: Arrival is a min of 30 minutes before your wave time.

Spectators: Please stay in the spectator zone allocated in the gym

Whether you’re a member of us and would like to support the event or a local fitness enthusiast that would love to get involved - we’re on the lookout for some amazing volunteers!

✨ It’s also a great opportunity for any young people interested in a career in sport, fitness, coaching, event management, or health & wellbeing to gain valuable skills, meet new people and strengthen your CV or uni applications ✨

It was pleasure to host Northwich Sapphires at one of our core and control session last night hosted by Chris.

We worked on core strength and stability and single leg balance to help with injury prevention and improve recovery on/off the netball courts!

We have some exciting things in the pipeline working with Sapphires… we really looking forward to working alongside them ✨

A great evening last night with some of the Namix community at our social event🍻

What happens inside the gym is important, but the relationships built outside of it matter too.

Bringing people together, sharing stories, having a laugh, and creating a community where everyone feels welcome is a huge part of what Namix is all about.
