Tomorrow we say goodbye to our amazing senior carer Charley who is taking the leap and going off to University to complete her nursing degree. We are so proud of you Charley, you will be missed by all our residents and your colleagues. Good luck from us all at Crossways. We will see you soon! 🌈 🎊👩🏼‍⚕️🥳

What a lovely day we had! 💙

Our residents got creative making beautiful bracelets and keyrings using colourful beads. We also enjoyed a few friendly games of UNO and some fun picture games, with plenty of smiles and laughter along the way.

To round off the day, we had a fantastic sing-along, with everyone joining in and playing musical instruments. A wonderful day filled with creativity, music, fun and friendship! 🎶🎵🩵

Today has been full of fun, laughter and a little friendly competition! 😊

This morning our residents enjoyed games of dominoes and Rummikub, followed by an energetic sports session with RISE, where everyone’s competitive spirit really came out! 🏅

This afternoon we got creative, painting beautiful pictures on canvas. 🎨 It was wonderful to see everyone’s imagination and artistic talents shine.

Another lovely day making memories together at Crossways. 💙

What a wonderful afternoon at Crossways! 🎶

A huge thank you to the fantastic Esther Bloor for an amazing performance. She had everyone singing, smiling and joining in, and her warmth and enthusiasm really shone through. It was lovely to see so many of our residents engaged, clapping along and enjoying every minute.

🌟 Another lovely day at Crossways! 🌟

This morning, one of our residents enjoyed a relaxing walk to Costa for a coffee and a chat. It’s always wonderful to get out into the community and enjoy some fresh air.☕🚶

This afternoon, we were entertained by the fantastic Tony Boyle, who had everyone singing along, clapping, and smiling. Thank you, Tony, for another wonderful afternoon of music! 🎤🎶

We’re also excited to share next week’s activities planner, packed with crafts, games, music, and plenty of opportunities for fun and friendship. We look forward to another great week with our wonderful residents.

This morning, our residents enjoyed a creative button art session, decorating beautiful birds with colourful buttons. 🐦🎨

This afternoon, we were entertained by the wonderful Les Martin, who had everyone singing along and smiling. Residents, staff, and family members all had a fantastic time enjoying the music together. 🎶😊

Today at Crossways we got creative with some colourful scratch art, and everyone enjoyed revealing the hidden rainbow patterns underneath. 🌈🎨

Later in the morning we had lots of fun playing Scribble Bugs, which brought plenty of smiles and laughter.

This afternoon we relaxed with our Knit & Natter session, enjoying good company, conversation, and of course, plenty of knitting! 🧶💕
