I mentioned that I would be adding EFT otherwise known as Tapping, to my therapies. Clients have asked what it is. At the moment I am practicing with friends, but will be offering this therapy soon.
What is EFT? As described by Nick Ortner, EFT works by clearing old thought patterns that hold us back, what we believe about ourselves. It then brings new beliefs to us. EFT doesn't erase our memories, it clears the negative emotions and energetic patterns behind a memory. It allows us to change our approach and response to the event and to our life going forward. EFT can help with anxiety, sleep, diet, amongst other things.

Hi I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. I still have a couple of vacancies if anyone would like a back massage or Indian head massage? I can use my hot stones on your back. This helps to work into the muscles deeper than my hands. The warmth also helps with the healing process. Or why not try something different. Reiki is an energy healing. We start with a meditation to help relax you. With the placing of crystals aiding the chakras to balance, this therapy will help with anxiety, stress and to relax you. Can also help with pain.

Hi how are we all coping with this heat??? Please ensure you stay hydrated. Drink lots of water. After your massage please shower to remove the oil before going outside. Enjoy the nice weather whilst it lasts . Stay safe. ###

How many of us do this. I definitely did, but I have realised that we are all individuals and different. To me being different is exciting. If I do something not quite as quick as others, then maybe I wasn't supposed to. Maybe I have to learn more. If I do something different then it is my way, doesn't mean it is right or wrong. Today maybe try to do something different to others. How does this make you feel? Hopefully good. Remember that feeling. ###

I hope you are all enjoying this lovely weather. Remember to keep drinking plenty of water to keep yourselves and your muscles hydrated. After your massage please remember to shower to take the oil off before going out into the sun. I don't want you burning. Enjoy the sun whilst it lasts.
