π¬ Organisation Response Spotlight | Change Grow Live (CGL) Norfolk
At SULE Norfolk Recovery Community, we believe that people with lived experience are experts through their own experiences.
Our Organisation Response Spotlight series celebrates organisations across Norfolk that are listening to the voices of people affected by substance use and using those insights to help shape and improve the support they provide.
This month, we're proud to feature Change Grow Live Norfolk
The feedback shared through our surveys, conversations and peer-led engagement highlighted what matters most to people:
π Feeling welcomed.
π Being listened to.
π Being treated with dignity and respect.
π Having clear information about the support available.
π Being able to access the right support, at the right time.
As you'll see in this carousel, CGL has reflected on these experiences and shared how they are continuing to strengthen their services by improving communication, increasing awareness, expanding access across Norfolk and working alongside partners to better support people and families affected by substance use.
This is exactly why your voice matters.
Whether you're currently accessing support, in recovery, supporting a loved one, or have experienced alcohol or drug use at any point in your life, your experiences are valuable.
Every survey, every conversation and every shared experience helps us understand:
β¨ What's working well.
β¨ Where improvements are needed.
β¨ What recovery and support really look like for people in our communities.
Through our "You Said, We Did" work, lived experience voice is shared directly with organisations across Norfolk to help influence meaningful change.
Whether your experiences are positive, challenging or somewhere in between, we'd really like to hear from you.
