I realised this week that I’ve been heading towards burnout for a while now, just being a Mum, managing my health and how busy I am with my business. Some of the signs are so subtle and easily ignored, so I wanted to address it here so you can take time to check out if any of these are sitting with you and how you can manage it. I know I have a break coming up where I can rest but I have started to implement more boundaries now to take some of the pressure off of me. What can you do for yourself today that will be good for your wellbeing?
