Which one is going to make you hit that unfollow button 👆🏼 I have a feeling number 8 is the make or break.

I believe aesthetics should enhance, not change you. I’ll always be honest about what you need (and what you don’t) I’ll never encourage treatment for the sake of it, and I’ll always choose subtle, considered results over chasing trends.

My approach is rooted in education, safety and making sure you feel informed and completely comfortable with every decision.

So, if you’re looking for quick fixes, over-treatment or someone who’ll simply say yes… I might not be the practitioner for you.

But if you value honesty, natural results and an approach that keeps you looking like you, you’re in the right place. 🤍

Nutrition + SKIN HEALTH 🌱

A little look at some of the foods I’ve been enjoying this week, and the nutrients and plant compounds behind them.

As an aesthetics practitioner, I’m always interested in the many factors that contribute to skin health, and nutrition is one that I find particularly fascinating.

I’m not a nutritionist, and this isn’t about prescribing a particular diet or suggesting that any one food is the secret to “perfect” skin. I simply have a keen interest in health, wellness and skin health, and I personally enjoy eating a balanced, varied diet.. with plenty of treats thrown in, because that matters too ✨

What I find fascinating is understanding why certain nutrients matter: vitamin C plays an important role in collagen formation, vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin, and essential fatty acids are important for skin structure and barrier function. Then there are the colourful plant compounds, such as polyphenols and carotenoids, that continue to be studied for their potential roles in health.

But the message I always come back to? Variety and enjoyment matter.

There’s no single “superfood” for great skin. Different foods bring different nutrients to the table, and nutrition is just one piece of a much bigger skin-health picture, alongside things like sun protection, skincare, sleep, lifestyle, genetics and overall health.

For me, it’s less about eating *for perfect skin* and more about enjoying a varied, balanced diet that supports my health as a whole. 🌱

Meet Jade, our new injector at THR3E ✨

This one feels particularly special.

Jade has been my best friend since we were 16, that’s 20 years of the tightest friendship, and now I get to bring her into something that means so much to me. 🤍

But while she might be my best friend, that’s not why she’s here.

Jade is an incredibly experienced medical professional. She qualified as a Nurse almost 15 years ago and now works as a senior nurse within Oncology and Haematology services, caring for people through some of the most vulnerable and difficult times of their lives.

She brings years of advanced clinical knowledge, sound judgement, compassion and, most importantly, an unwavering commitment to patient safety.

Jade first trained in aesthetics three years ago, but with a busy family life, and a nursing career she loves, building that side of her career took a back seat.

Until now.

If you’ve been with me from the beginning, you’ll know I’ve always said that if I ever brought someone into THR3E, they’d have to be pretty special. Someone whose judgement and standards I trust completely, and someone I’d happily trust with my own face.

For me, there was only ever going to be one person.

We’ve been quietly working on this over the summer, with Jade combining her previous aesthetics training and years of medical experience with further advanced training, shadowing and model days, ready for our busiest time of year!

She’s smart, kind, calm, beautiful and really bloody funny (no wonder we’ve lasted 20 years 😂)

I can’t wait for you all to get to know her. I just know you’re going to love Jade as much as I do.

Listened to. Never judged. And knowing that I’ll always be honest with you in the kindest way 🫶🏼

And when you leave, I still want you to look like, you, just fresher.

Natural, subtle results are what I love, and I know they won’t be for everyone.
