In the same picture with the coolest future acupuncturists, it’s hard to believe that three years have already gone by and not long left! I’m so grateful to be sharing this incredible journey of studying Chinese medicine with these fantastic people.

Neck pain, stiffness, limited rotation, tight shoulders… all connected 🔗

In this session, I worked deeply through the scapula, trapezius, and neck using a blend of manual therapy and Chinese medicine principles. Focusing on key points like GB20, GB12, and GB21, along with releasing the sternocleidomastoid and suboccipital muscles, we helped restore mobility and reduce tension where it matters most.

✨ Result: improved range of motion, softer tissue, and real relief from neck stiffness, often linked to tension headaches too.
