Gentle, regular movement can support your joints. Try walking, swimming, cycling or stretching during the cooler parts of the day.
Warm weather can improve circulation, relax muscles and help ease joint stiffness and discomfort.
Choose anti-inflammatory foods such as oily fish, berries, nuts, leafy greens, olive oil and turmeric. Maintaining a healthy weight can also reduce pressure on your joints.
Aim for around two litres of water a day. Hydrating foods such as watermelon, cucumber and leafy greens can also help.
