Willow Brook Care Home Willow Brook Care Home is a purpose built, 46 bedded care home in the Nottingham Borough of Carlton.

The home provides care and support for adults over the age of 60 to live a full life. The home has an experienced staff team dedicated to provide personal care to the residents respecting their dignity.

We are absolutely delighted and incredibly proud to announce that Willow Brook Care Home has won the Overall Award for Best Garden across Rosmead Healthcare Ltd.! 🌿🌺🥇

And that’s not all… we were also thrilled to receive another award for Best Use of Colour! 🌈🌷💐

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has contributed to our beautiful garden. From planting and watering to choosing flowers, creating displays and simply helping to bring the garden to life — every contribution has made a difference. 💚🌱

Most importantly, we are so happy that we have created this garden together for our wonderful residents. It is a place for them to enjoy, relax, spend time with others and take pleasure in the beautiful colours and flowers throughout the seasons. 🌞🌼🪴❤️

This award belongs to all of us — what a fantastic team effort! 👏🎉

🍂✨ September at Willow Brook! ✨🍂

We have a lovely month ahead, filled with music, fun, laughter and a little autumn magic! 🍁🎶

🎤 We’ll be singing along to some cosy autumn favourites, getting active with a fun Kit Fit session, and enjoying some wonderful entertainment from Colin Shaw. 🎵💃

🐶 Our much-loved PAT dog visits will also be back, bringing lots of cuddles, wagging tails and happy faces! 🐾❤️

👶 We’ll have our Bits & Bobs Playgroup visits too, with our little visitors bringing plenty of smiles and giggles. 😊

🎨 Throughout the month, we’ll be getting creative with autumn crafts, celebrating birthdays 🎂 and enjoying plenty of seasonal fun with pumpkins, conkers and cosy autumn vibes! 🎃🍁

There’s lots to look forward to, and we can’t wait to make some wonderful memories together! 🥰🍂❤️

🌿🌸 Another lovely trip to Brookfields Garden Centre! 🌸🌿

Our residents had a wonderful time having a leisurely stroll around the shop, taking in all the lovely plants, flowers and seasonal goodies. 🪴🌺

We then enjoyed a lovely cup of tea and a treat at the local café ☕🍰, with some relatives joining us along the way. It was fantastic to spend time together, have a good chat and share plenty of smiles and laughter. ❤️😊

An afternoon full of delicious American-style food, games, tombola, raffles, face painting, arts & crafts, cakes, country music, singing, dancing and lots of laughter! 🎶🍔🎨💃

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special, and to all our families, friends, volunteers and visitors who came to spend time with our residents. ❤️

🤠🌵 Yee-haw! What an amazing Wild West Summer Fayre at Willow Brook Care Home! 🌵🤠

What a fantastic day we had! Our Wild West Summer Fayre was filled with laughter, music, delicious food, games, and wonderful memories shared with our residents, families, friends, staff, and volunteers. ❤️

The day began with an amazing American-style lunch, lovingly prepared by our dedicated kitchen team. Everyone enjoyed delicious food and the wonderful atmosphere as we got into the Wild West spirit! 🍔🌭🍟

There was something for everyone to enjoy, including our tombola and raffle games, with lots of excitement and happy winners! 🎟️🎁

Our younger visitors had a fantastic time too, with plenty of attractions and activities for children, including arts and crafts, games and face painting. 🎨🤡✨ There were also delicious cakes and snacks to enjoy throughout the afternoon. 🍰🧁

And, of course, no Wild West fayre would be complete without music, singing and dancing! 🎶🤠 Our wonderful singer Colin entertained us with an amazing country music show, getting everyone into the spirit and bringing plenty of smiles, singing and dancing to the afternoon. 💃🕺

A huge thank you to our amazing and dedicated kitchen team Hashan, Shermal and Ishadi for preparing such delicious food for everyone to enjoy. Your hard work and dedication helped make the day extra special! 🍔🌭🍰

We would also like to give a special thank you to Julie, Phoebe, Adam and Taylor for all their help with decorating and getting everything ready for the event. The Wild West theme looked fantastic! 🤠🎀

Our heartfelt thanks go to our wonderful volunteers Kajtek, Jessica, Tilly and Grace, who gave their time and energy to help throughout the day. We truly appreciate everything you did. 💕

A very special thank you to all Relatives who came along and supported the event — helping to run the tombola, raffle and cake stalls, and making the day so enjoyable for everyone. Your support means so much to us and, most importantly, to our residents. 🎟️🍰❤️

And of course, a huge thank you to Colin, our wonderful singer, for putting on such an amazing show! His country music had everyone enjoying the Wild West spirit, with plenty of smiles, singing and fun. 🎶🤠

We would also like to thank Frances, our Admin, and Alicja, our Manager, for all their help and support in making the event such a success.

And a very special mention must go to our Activity Co-ordinator Debbie, for coordinating the whole event and putting so much time, effort and enthusiasm into making the day so memorable. 🌟

Finally, and most importantly, thank you to everyone who came along to spend time with our resident. Seeing our home filled with families, friends, laughter and happiness made the day truly special.

It was an absolutely amazing event, and we are so grateful to every single person who helped make it possible. Thank you all for making memories with us!❤️

Saddle up and join us for an afternoon of fun at our Wild West Summer Fayre!

Another Lovely Trip to Brookfields Garden Centre!

Our residents enjoyed another wonderful day out at Brookfields Garden Centre! 🌸😊

Although we’re still enjoying the summer sunshine ☀️, the garden centre was already getting ready for autumn and Halloween, with lots of colourful decorations and displays to explore! 🍁🎃

Everyone enjoyed a lovely lunch and some tasty snacks 🥪🍰, as well as plenty of time to relax, chat and enjoy the surroundings. ❤️

It was especially lovely to have family members join us again, making it a wonderful opportunity to spend some quality time together and create special memories. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💕

Our residents continue to enjoy their regular games of carpet bowls, with plenty of friendly competition, laughter and team spirit! 😊👏

We play twice a week, every Monday and Thursday at 2pm, and it’s always lovely to see everyone getting involved and having fun. 🎯💪

🌸☕ A Lovely Day Out at Brookfields Garden Centre! 🐠🍰

Last week, our residents enjoyed a lovely trip out to Brookfields Garden Centre, and we were delighted to have some family members join us too! ❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Everyone had a wonderful time enjoying a cup of tea ☕ and a delicious slice of cake 🍰, followed by a little stroll around the shop 🛍️. There was plenty to see, and we especially enjoyed having a look at the beautiful fish tanks 🐠🐟!

It was a lovely, relaxed day filled with smiles, laughter, conversation and quality time together. 😊💐

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such an enjoyable outing! ❤️
