We’re thrilled to share that Debs has joined the team at Mode Physiotherapy.

With more than two decades of MSK experience across the NHS and private practice, a Masters in Manual Therapy, and specialist training in ESP practice, imaging referral and injection therapy, Debs brings an exceptional level of clinical knowledge to our community.

She continues to lead outpatient, trauma and elective services within a large acute NHS Trust and has extensive experience in post‑operative rehabilitation, particularly for the hip, knee, spine and shoulder.

At Mode Physiotherapy, we’re committed to providing care from clinicians with extensive, proven experience. It means you can be confident that every assessment and treatment plan is grounded in evidence‑based practice, clear reasoning and the highest clinical standards.

Andy is a Specialist Physiotherapist at Mode Physiotherapy, with a career spanning elite sport, clinical practice, and higher education. After graduating as a Physiotherapist, he completed an MSc in Sports Medicine at the University of Nottingham, alongside further postgraduate training in coaching and mentoring, and clinical education.

Andy has worked extensively across NHS, private, and international settings, including senior roles in Chicago and Nottingham. His experience includes 15 years in professional football, where he progressed from Head Academy Physiotherapist to First Team Physiotherapist at Nottingham Forest FC. This background gives him a deep understanding of injury management, performance rehabilitation, and the demands placed on both elite athletes and everyday patients.
