Learn how to protect your eyes whilst watching the partial solar eclipse!

We probably shouldn’t have to say this, but don’t look directly at the sun. Looking directly at the sun without the right protection can cause permanent damage to your eyesight – so you need to take care. Remember, your normal sunglasses may look great, but they won't cut it.

Come along to their story & crafting session to enjoy stories about emotions, managing big feelings and building resilience. Then get stuck into some mindful making craft activities. 📖🖍️✂️

Information will be available for parents/carers on their early intervention referral service and how they can support children, young people and parents.
