Kind Healthcare Ltd is looking for reliable, compassionate male and female drivers to join our growing team. You will be supporting clients in their homes and the community, ensuring safe, person‑centred care.

Requirements:

Must be on the DBS Update Service

Relevant care experience and training preferred (full training will also be provided)

Must drive and have access to your own car

Able to work full days, alternate weekends, and split shifts

Fluent English and confident communication skills

Must have the right to work in the UK.

We are seeking a dedicated Female Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of individuals in various healthcare settings. Must be a driver with own vehicle. Full training is provided

Duties

- Driving to different locations as required
- Providing personal care to individuals according to care plans

- Assisting with medication
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Supporting individuals in their homes

Qualifications
- Experience in home care is advantageous
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with individuals and colleagues
- Ability to drive to different locations for individual care visits
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature
