Today our residents had a lovely visit to Moores Nurseries & Garden Centre Ltd in Stanton on the Wolds 🌸

A big thank you to Pearl at Moores for all her help and kindness during our visit. Our residents enjoyed looking around and bought lots of beautiful plants to bring back home. 🌿💐

Everyone had a wonderful time and we really appreciate the warm welcome!

We’re looking for a local student with an interest in journalism, media, or film to help us mark a very special milestone 🎥
Westdale Care Home in West Bridgford is celebrating its 60th anniversary and we’d love to create a short video or journalistic piece capturing its story and community.

Founded by a small group of Quakers in 1966 Westdale has been run as a not-for-profit care home for 60 years! Westdale is quite different from many care homes today and we want to share what makes it unique and our story.
