I'll NEVER FORGET the way Reiki made me FEEL! I came to Tracey at a time when my marriage had broken down and my head was "spinning" constantly and I wasn't sleeping.
After my very first session of Reiki I couldn't believe or understand the difference. I seemed calmer, more relaxed. It wasn't until a few days later, I realised something that I'd totally not expected. For years, I'd had problems with my knees, always a dull pain in the background, occasionally a knee giving way as I'd go up or down stairs. I'd not thought about it or realised until about 3 days later, I was walking downstairs with little or no pain!
Now, after my third session, my sleep is so much improved after Tracey recommended music and breathing techniques. And when issues relating to my marriage rear up, using techniques Tracey has explained, has helped me to remain calm and more level headed. Thank you Tracey xx

I've always felt tired, to the extent that I've been tested for thyroid issues or diabetes on a few occasions. There's nothing medically wrong with me. I have suffered with depression since I was about 14 years old, the dark times come and go but it never really leaves you... so I needed something to change. I was drained...
I'm a sceptic generally, rooted in Science but swayed towards mysticism and holistic treatments - so I wasn't sold straight away but looking back on where I was 12 months ago something has shifted enormously. I feel more balanced, content and open to change for the better. I see more positivity around me and I feel blessed rather than cursed. It can't really be coincidence that I've been having Reiki and learning a bit about harnessing the energy of the universe and now suddenly after years of trying loads of things, I have energy! Tracey is patient, caring, selfless and understanding. There's never any judgement only gentle encouragement and planning for progress. I can't recommend her enough and thank her from the bottom of my heart.
