Good morning on this lovely Sunday,

On Sunday 14th June 2026, myself and members of my family on my husband Ben's side will be taking part in the London 8 Bridges Walk to raise money for Lymphoma Action.

In August 2023, my brother in-law Nick was diagnosed with stage 4 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma after doctors discovered a tumour on his large bowel. It was an incredibly difficult time for Nick, his wife and young children and all of the family.

Nick underwent surgery followed by six rounds of chemotherapy, and thankfully, in February 2024, we received the amazing news that there was no evidence of cancer in his body.

Throughout his treatment and recovery, the support from Lymphoma Action meant so much to Nick and the whole family.

Having the support, someone to talk to, reassurance and guidance will never be forgotten.

If you are able to donate, no matter how small, we would be truly grateful. Every contribution will help Lymphoma Action continue supporting people living with lymphoma and the families who stand beside them.

Last year, Nick completed this same walk alongside his wife and children, which was such an emotional achievement. This time we would like to raise even more together as a family. ❤️

✨🎉 ️4 YEARS ✨️🎉

On this day 4 years ago, I took a huge leap after retraining and started working for myself as a Reflexologist.

Was it scary? Absolutely. Has it been worth it? More than I could have ever imagined.

My working life is so different now. Every day, I get to intentionally help people and go to sleep knowing this therapy is making a real difference. I see so many of your lovely faces each week, and I feel incredibly lucky to have built a business around a life I truly love.

I’m always learning and growing, so there’s plenty more to come in the next year. But for now, I just want to say thank you ❤️.

Every appointment, every recommendation, every kind word — it all means more to me than you’ll ever know. The impact you’ve had on my life, both personally and professionally, is something I’ll always be grateful for.

Hi, how was your weekend?

Mine was busy but great, especially celebrating my little nephews 1st birthday ❤️.

Has spring finally sprung 🌹. I really hope so 💗. My garden has definitely started to bloom 🌹

It's gorgeous out there today. My day is filled with back to back clients but I've found time in-between for a nice walk, which I'm so grateful for. ☀️.

Whatever you are doing I hope you find time to enjoy some sunshine too. A good dose of vitamin D can really help lift mood, just like a reflexology treatment can. 🌹💛☀️

🥰🎉 SOME EXCITING NEWS 🎉🥰

I have enrolled on a course this weekend with the intention to roll out a new treatment this year 🥰. I cannot wait and im super excited to help more people as this treatment has sooooo many wonderful benefits 😊

Watch this space for when I am fully qualified in (MLD) Manual Lymphatic Drainage 🥰

Also, a little message from me to say that I hope you all have a lovely Easter and bank holiday however you decide to spend it. 🐣

As for me. I had my last client today and now have next week off so im heading to York, which is somewhere ive never been. ❤️

I was so sceptical about reflexology and honestly did not believe with my sensory issues, that I could even get through a treatment! Honestly, I could not have been more wrong! As well as being immensely relaxing, the treatments have been so beneficial to me. They have pretty much eradicated the migraines I have suffered with for 30 years, lowered my anxiety levels by a huge amount and really helped me process my grief after so many losses in the last couple of years. Nic is the loveliest person ever and makes the whole experience just so wonderful! Highly recommended.

Good morning,

I am back from a lovely little break away in Robin Hoods Bay. Just what was needed.The sun shone and it definitely filled my cup. I have a full week of clients ahead, and I am looking forward to seeing each and everyone of you very much.❤️ I have had quality time to assess my own self care as I at times admit to neglecting myself and falling into old patterns of putting others before myself. Something I have never found easy and it is still a work in progress. I am, however, more aware of how important it is than ever before.
So, this week, I plan to have a full body massage at home 🥰. I am also booked on to a sound bath and if you haven't attended one, then I know an incredible sound bath facilitator 🥰. My reflexology is due too so I will have to arrange this with my amazing friend and fellow reflexologist xx

Why am I sharing this. I wanted to be open and admit to not being a perfect person and having everything together. I may be your holistic therapist offering support and healing but I too go through hardships which at times calls for the need to down tools and do what helps me without the guilt. Like I say, work in progress.

My message today is dont feel guilty for putting yourself first. Self care is vital for your health and well-being and it doesn't need to cost money.
Breathwork, walks in nature, journalling are all great ways to release what's weighing you down amongst lots of other free tools available to you.

I will talk about this more in my treatment room.

We are in this together and never forget that.

I am putting a hold on new clients for now . ❤️
I have had a few gorgeous new clients since the new year and this means for now I cannot take anymore clients on. This will not impact if you have a gift voucher 😊.

Just a little message from me.❤️

As we say goodbye to January it's not been the kindest of months.

We devastatingly said goodbye to a gorgeous work friend who was loved by many.

Claire will be missed by all who loved her and especially in the salon. Her laugh, her stories that had me in tears of laughter. It just won't be the same without her.

My heart is with all of Claires family and friends.❤️

Life is the gift. Live it fully and with all your heart ❤️

It is with a very heavy heart to say that Claire passed away peacefully this morning… she will be so sadly missed 😔 she was loved by everyone, kind and caring and always so positive. She was so brave and we are heartbroken 💔

Our thoughts go to her family at this time.
