August is a good time to think about moving more 🚶‍♀️⛰️

Being active doesn’t have to mean going to the gym. A short walk, gentle stretch, gardening, swimming or a few minutes of chair movement can all count. 🧘‍♀️

Regular movement can help support your heart, lungs, muscles, bones, balance, mood and long-term health. Start with something that feels right for you, and build up slowly.🫀

If you haven’t exercised for some time, or you have a medical condition or concerns, speak to a GP or healthcare professional first.
