GP Receptionist / Patient Navigator
30 Hours Per Week
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and reliable GP Receptionist / Patient Navigator to join our busy practice team.
The successful candidate will be a positive and approachable person who enjoys helping patients and working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the practice
- Hardworking and reliable
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Confident communicating with patients, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Organised with good attention to detail
- A good team player with a caring and helpful attitude
- Committed to maintaining patient confidentiality
Previous GP reception or healthcare experience would be an advantage, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Hours: 30 hours per week
