I sat with this one for a while before posting it.

Because it's really not about what went wrong. It's about what becomes possible when we start listening to ourselves again.

Most of us were taught that politeness matters more than instinct. Somewhere along the way, the quiet voice inside got a bit... drowned out.

Learning to hear it again is where everything changes.

This is the work I do with women. And occasionally with children in yoga; I teach them that the feeling in their tummy is worth paying attention to.

It starts with us. 💫

👉🏼 how desire actually works.
👉🏼 that pleasure can nourish or fuel us.
👉🏼 that we're allowed to want things - unapologetically, for ourselves.
