A lovely evening spent helping a client unwind using RockPods – a modern form of cupping – focusing on the lumbar (lower back) and thoracic (mid-back) areas. One of the things I love about using RockPods is that they work so beautifully alongside gentle stretching, making the treatment feel really effective while helping ease tight, tired muscles. Such a great addition to a sports massage treatment. 😊

This morning I had the pleasure of treating one of my lovely clients to a relaxing pregnancy massage. 💕 Pregnancy can bring its fair share of aches and pains, so it’s always lovely to be able to help someone relax, unwind and enjoy a little time just for themselves. 💜🤰

Had an amazing weekend at the 2 day no repeat Metallica concert on 3rd and 5th July at London Stadium! Enjoying a VIP experience with my son Ben. Both nights Tier 1, 3 rows from the front, doesn’t get much better than that. They were absolutely incredible. A huge shoutout to the hospitality team who really looked after us and made me feel special. A memory I will keep forever!!!! 😂
