Cosomatic I offer a unique service to 25-45 year olds. Somatic Therapy is provided online. Online therapy means we can work together whatever your location.

Cosomatic combines both traditional Talk Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, which allows you to recover from Trauma, Anxiety and Stress, so you live the happy and healthy life you deserve. If you do not have online videochat then this will be provided via Microsoft Teams (you do not need this software on your PC). If you live outside of Nottingham then I'm happy to provide the therapy via Teams too

and this works really successfully for many of my clients who live further afield. Don't let distance stop you living the wonderful life you really deserve.
