Where and when?
- Every Monday from 1.30pm to 3.30pm at Nottinghamshire Deaf Society (you need to book in advance)
- Every Wednesday from 10am to 12pm at Nottinghamshire Deaf Society (no booking required, walk in)
- Every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 10am to 12pm at Mansfield Coffee Morning, Tesco Extra NG19 7TS (no booking required)
- Every 4th Tuesday of the month from 2pm to 4pm at Mansfield Central Library (no booking required)

Last night at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub we had 27 brave men attending Andys Man Club Nottingham with 3 of them attending for the first time.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone for sharing openly and listening without judgment. You all help make our group what it is.

If you're a man who feels like you're carrying more than you can manage on your own, please know that you don't have to face it by yourself. Our group is here to offer support, understanding, and a safe space to talk.
