Advancing Cancer Care💙

Our theatre team recently took part in HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy) training, developing the knowledge and practical skills required to support this highly specialised treatment.

The session provided valuable insight into the technology, processes, and multidisciplinary teamwork involved in delivering HIPEC, helping to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.

It was fantastic to see members of our clinical team, including Consultant Gynaecological Oncology Surgeon Mr Jafaru Abu, taking part in the training and supporting the continued development of this specialist service at The Park Hospital.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for their commitment to learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
