My Relax and Recover for Sport session has been modified with younger athletes in mind. Join me on Thursday 8th April at 7pm for a FREE junior session. I ask parents remain present for the session and I would welcome feedback after the session. Depending on the success of this trial it may become a permanent feature on my relaxation class schedule.

I'm looking for 6 athletes who would like to perfect a certain skill in their sport using conversational hypnosis. I'm currently doing a CPD course as this will allow me to work with clients in an awake state in a sports settings. Practice sessions will take place online or in person once restrictions allow depended on location.
