Today isn’t just my birthday… it’s the beginning of a brand new personal year.

I love looking beyond the birthday celebrations and asking, “What is life inviting me to learn next?”

In numerology, we move through a 9-year cycle, with each year carrying its own lessons, opportunities and areas for growth.

Some years are about planting new seeds.
Some are about building solid foundations.
Some ask us to let go.
Others invite us to slow down, trust the process and nurture what we’ve already begun.

As I reflect on the year behind me, I can see how every challenge has shaped me. The difficult moments have strengthened my resilience, the unexpected twists have redirected my path, and the people I’ve met have reminded me that growth rarely happens inside our comfort zone.

It’s about becoming more of who I truly am.

Over the last week I’ve been reminded that life doesn’t always pause when your business is growing.

Family needed me. Home needed me. So I honoured the boundary I’d already set and took the time I needed.

Now, as things begin to settle, I’ve been reflecting on the feedback from my recent Blueprint to Alignment clients.
