Let’s have a BIG drum roll please 🥁

📣 Shouting from the rooftops about my amazing member Rachel who received her absolutely incredible 6 stone award today..yes that’s right 6 STONE 🤩
WOW WOW WOW..this has been life changing for Rachel in so many ways and has opened up so many avenues to fully embrace all the activities she LOVES to do, wear all the clothes she WANTS to wear and feel AMAZING the way she really DESERVES to! ☺️

There is no stopping her now from getting to her happy goal weight 🙌

Here she is looking truly amazing ❤️

Weigh To Go isn’t there just for the weight losses but for the support needed for the very important maintenance too 🙌

Today my wonderful member Liz celebrated two years of being at her happy goal weight! 🌟
With the weekly group and keeping the liveable, flexible great habits she’s created going Liz has never gone over her goal weight once enjoying life and her food just like she should 🤩

I am so proud of her, she is a very special part of our Tuesday morning group ❤️

I am so proud of my wonderful Denise..she has learnt a lot on this amazing journey and knowing how to keep control when some weeks aren’t as easy makes me so proud! Goal is waiting for you my lovely and with all the support and determination you have, you will do it 🙌

What an amazing week at ‘Weigh To Go’ we are having 🤩
My wonderful member Kaye has reached her happy goal weight last night..losing an incredible 30 1/2 lbs (just over 2 stone) in just 13 weeks WOW! 🙌
Onto maintenance for her too now which I can’t wait to support her with so she gets to stay where she loves to be and feeling in total control ☺️
