I hope not😂
London bound 🚊 from Brussels
An amazing three days of learning, treating and being treated, building on what we have learnt in previous seminars and clinic days.
So what have I learnt ….
👉How to diagnose, differentiate between, and treat a structural disc lesion with and without leg pain, and an inflamed disc of metabolic non traumatic origin. Yes they are different and are treated differently.
👉How to take that understanding and apply it to other joints.
👉How to rebalance our bodies when they are on full throttle and standing on the brakes at the same time.
👉How to understand the effects of Traumatic and Acquired Brain Injuries on the body and how to treat them
What has this meant to me and to those that I have treated
👉Increased range of motion and reduction of pain
👉Increased ability to stand without effort as the body balances
👉Reduced fatigue as my body ceases to fight itself
👉Increased mental capacity and performance
👉The ability to treat more chronic pain conditions
To name but a few.
My body and mind feel at peace, it has been a long three days and I am tired but in a very mellow way.
It has been sooo worth it.
I am looking forward to a day off tomorrow and starting to work out how I can apply it horses and dogs.
So no rest, but then to those that know me that won’t be a surprise.
