Have you been feeling low in mood, anxious, or stressed while at university? Are you interested in taking part in online yoga classes to improve your wellbeing?

We are currently looking to recruit university students who are currently experiencing elevated distress to take part in an online research study which involves practicing yoga at home. Students who are not currently engaging in psychological treatment or regular yoga classes are eligible to take part.

The research will include filling in weekly questionnaires for 16 weeks and practicing daily yoga for 6 weeks. If you decide to take part, you will be provided with a yoga mat at the start of the study and you will be sent a £10 gift voucher at the end of the study.
Thank you for taking the time to read this post, if you are interested in taking part, please click the link below to read the consent to screening form and then complete the screening questionnaire.
