🦟Infected insect bite?

You can get NHS treatment for a range of common conditions at your local pharmacy, usually without an appointment.

Most pharmacies can supply prescription medicine for conditions including injected insect bites, sore throat, sinusitis, urinary tract infection (water infection), earache, impetigo and shingles (age restrictions apply).

Not only is this quicker and more convenient for you, it helps our hard working GP Practice teams.

If you are looking out going out in the sun, make sure you stay hydrated and avoid the midday sun when the sun is the hottest.

Temperatures are forecast to be VERY hot today. Anyone can become unwell when the weather is hot, but some are at higher risk than others. Look out for older people, people with long-term health conditions and young children who may find it more difficult to stay cool and hydrated in hot weather
