With an active lifestyle having a massive impact on both mental and physical wellbeing, Nottingham’s Travel Well project aims to help support people to build activity into their daily lives for lasting healthy changes. Active Travel Community Connectors (ATCC's) are new roles based in Primary Care that work within general practices and communities in the following areas:

Bulwell, Beechdale, Bilbo

rough, Aspley, St Ann's and Sneinton. ATCC's are part of the Health and Wellbeing Coaching Workforce and support patients to become physically active through Cycling, Walking, and Wheeling activities.

It’s such a great way to get out and about and it gives you a gentle, full-body work out in the company of a really friendly group of people. 🥰 Beginners are always welcome - the Travel Well sessions with Runspire will teach you all you need to know! 🤩
