This means you don't have to wait for reception to open to manage your appointment.

Please don't worry - our reception team is still here! We review all calls and bookings regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly. During busy periods, however, we may not always be able to answer the phone immediately, so our AI Receptionist helps ensure you can still get the support you need, whenever you need it.
