Last month was mental health awareness month, however this does not mean it is or should be forgotten now. Mental health is constant and for those who are suffering, relentless. Take those steps to care for yourself and perhaps begin a journey that will change your life.

With school holiday stress, people posting holiday snaps, DIY projects or festivals they're attending, its easy to feel overwhelmed, a little jealous or feel you aren't where you need to be.

Social media is a highlight reel of people's best bits so don't feel discouraged if you aren't sipping sangria on a beach.

Take stock of what you are grateful for, or if you can alter the aspect you're dissatisfied with. Do so with as little judgement as possible, you're an observer not a prosecutor.
