Making the most of the sunshine across our homes! ☀️

Dovecote - Residents enjoyed a fantastic garden BBQ, with many asking if they could have one every day! A lovely afternoon spent relaxing and enjoying each other's company.

Goldhill House - Residents came together to give the outdoor space some TLC, jet washing the patio, watering the plants, and making the most of the evening sunshine.

Chilwell House - Residents enjoyed a range of activities, including a National Schizophrenia Awareness Day session, followed by a well-deserved visit from the local ice cream van. 🍦

At Chilwell House, residents have been celebrating Disability Pride Month with a range of activities! 🌈

A special shout out to our Activity Champion, Jax, who created quizzes and worksheets that everyone thoroughly enjoyed 🧩✏️

To round off the celebrations, residents and staff took on a hilarious game of Pie Face with plenty of whipped cream involved😂🥧 Safe to say it was a huge hit... pardon the pun!

Goal achieved! 👏🌱

A massive well done to George, one of our residents at Goldhill House, for achieving his goal of volunteering at Rhubarb Farm, supported every step of the way by Kay, one of our fab support workers 💚

Following a rewarding day at the farm, they celebrated with a trip to Bolsover Castle and finished the day with a well-deserved Guinness at the Pillar of Rock 🌟

It's been a productive few days at Chilwell House 🌞

Our residents worked together to refresh the garden by repainting the planters and bench, while also taking part in a fraud awareness session to learn how to recognise scams and stay safe 🌿🎨👏

Today we celebrated the official opening of Bramble House - our very first EMI home 🎉 It was lovely to welcome people through the doors and finally cut the ribbon ✂

A big thank you to Emily, one of our support workers, who made some amazing Bramble House cupcakes for everyone to enjoy🧁

We'll be holding an open day once a month, so keep an eye on our page for the next one for a look around and a chat.
