Over the last few weeks we have had 3 people we have never treated before contact us, book in for an appointment and not turn up.

We understand that things happen, traffic gets bad, meetings run over, and calendars get messy. But when you book an appointment and simply don’t turn up it has affects our business and others.

Patients in pain miss out: That slot could have gone to someone dealing with severe back pain, recovering from surgery, or struggling to walk.

Lost wages: As a small business, a missed slot is a direct cut to our income. Think how you would feel if money was taken out of your wages at the end of the month.

Time is precious: there’s not much we can do after we’ve waiting around for you not to turn up. That wasted slot is time we could have spent at home with our kids, rather than sitting in an empty clinic.

If you need to cancel that’s completely fine but please give us as much notice as possible (preferably 24 hours) so we can fit somebody else into your slot
