Whether it is during your surgery's core opening hours or through our Enhanced Access Service.
You can:
📱 Book online via GP Triage through your practice website:
✅ Request an appointment
✅ Ask for medical advice
✅ Get support for non-urgent health concerns

📞 Call your GP practice during normal opening hours

🕔 Access evening and Saturday appointments through our Enhanced Access Service:
• Monday to Friday: 6:30pm to 8pm (telephone appointments)
• Saturday: 9am to 5pm (face to face and telephone appointments)

With the Bank Holiday weekend approaching, don't forget that our Enhanced Access Service will still be open on Saturday.

☀️Summer Bank Holiday Opening Hours 🕚

Due to the Summer Bank Holiday, our surgery will be closed on Monday 31st August and will reopen on Tuesday 1st September 2026.

If you need medical help while we are closed:
📞 NHS 111 – For urgent, non-emergency advice, urgent prescriptions or mental health support
🚑 999 – In a medical emergency

✅ Our Enhanced Access service is available on Saturday, 29th of August at Red Roofs Surgery or Bulkington Surgery – speak to your GP practice, book an appointment online or call 02475 107 053 to book an appointment.

✅ Pharmacy First can help with many minor illnesses – contact your local pharmacy for advice
