💐I felt nothing but safe and well cared for throughout the whole of my labour!💐

I gave birth back in October and would first of all like to give compliments to every single member of staff that I encountered. I felt nothing but safe and well cared for throughout the whole of my labour! I would like to give special mention to Tania who, from the get go, was absolutely incredible. She was so supportive and so attentive and just made me feel so powerful. She was such a big part of my labour and I am positive I will remember her kindness and care forever! X

Watch your baby, not the clock. Your baby will tell you when they are hungry.

Our infant feeding team have created this short video about Responsive Feeding.

Please note that occasionally, babies need to be fed on a schedule for medical reasons, however, once your baby is no longer at risk, you should feed them according to their own pattern. If you have any concerns or queries regarding your babies feeding please contact your midwife, infant feeding team or health visitor.

Drayton Ward - Sibling Visiting Time

We have changed the visiting times for sibling of the new baby. We now warmly welcome brothers and sisters of the new baby to visit between 9:00am and 9:00pm.

For the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly ask that the birth partner collects the sibling from family or friends accompanying them and brings the child/children to the ward personally.
