This week is Mental Health Awareness week! So we wanted to remind you that some of the most powerful benefits of Pilates are the ones you won’t always see in the mirror! But they are just as important ✨

🤍 Focused exercises promote relaxation, helping release physical and mental tension and creating a sense of inner calm. This will help improve focus and concentration, supporting you in your day-to-day tasks
