Last month we had the pleasure of celebrating Karen’s 10 years with Home Instead Reigate & Tandridge. 💚

Karen was presented with her 10-year badge along with flowers and a few thoughtful gifts to mark the occasion.

Before joining Home Instead, Karen spent 35 years as a nanny, so caring for others has always been at the heart of who she is. Over the past decade she has brought kindness, companionship and reassurance to so many older people and their families.

Karen often says it’s the relationships that matter most, having the time to sit, listen, share stories and truly get to know the people she supports. That’s exactly what relationship-led care at Home Instead is all about.
