This weekend we have a wonderful retreat with Nikki on Lamrim, the stages of the path to enlightenment. It is essentially a special presentation of Buddha’s teachings that allows us to achieve our highest potential and become a Buddha- the ultimate happiness.

Lamrim includes recognising how meaningful our human life is so we can make the best use of it. Lamrim includes recognising the truth of impermanence so we let go of our attachments which keep us in a state of discontent. Lamrim includes recognising the kindness in others and learning to cherish them.

Come along this Saturday and Sunday from 9am until 5.15pm and delve deep into what it means to live a truly meaningful life.
