Our season is booked and busy so we are expanding our staff.

We are looking for Emergency Care Assistants, Ambulance Technicians, and Paramedics working in the NHS as well as for the first time FREC 4 First Responders for stadium work.

Splashing about 🌊

Proud to have provided medical and water safety cover at the Grafman Triathlon this weekend!

A fantastic event, great atmosphere, and plenty of determination on display. Thankfully, most athletes only needed water, grit, and a strong finish—not our services! 😅

We were proud to provide two defibrillators to Ely Running Club last month ⚡️🚑

This one felt especially meaningful. One of their runners, Ali, suffered a cardiac arrest at home, and two of our own clinicians were the duty HEMS team that responded to him by helicopter. Seeing him now alive, well, and back with his running community is a powerful reminder of why early intervention and access to lifesaving equipment matters.

Wishing Ali and everyone at Ely Running Club many safe miles ahead. ❤️🏃🏼‍♀️

CPD Night ⛑️

An excellent evening with lots of great discussion around assessing trauma, tackling cat haemorrhage, airway management.

Our staff got hands on in multiple skill stations including safe helmet removal with different helmets, KTDs, Pelvic Binders and looking at needle thoracentesis using medical meat to practice. Great practice now motocross season is in full swing.

Next month is on recreational substance use, looking at the toxidromes that can present particularly at our festival events, the more complicated multitoxidromes and our management of these patients.

What an incredible show of athleticism at the Burghley Multisport Weekend! Swims, to Aquathons, Racing and more, you really had it all. It truly was something special!
Huge congratulations to all the athletes who took part and gave it their all.

First Aid at Work tailored to you 🫵✅

Last week saw us work with the wonderful staff at getting them trained and ready before their fast approaching season!

During the summer these guys see some pretty weird and wonderful scenarios from their park so using previous event we tailored a course, creating realistic simulations in order to best prepare their staff.
