I often come back to this, I love this metaphor. Instead of being alarmed and viewing discomfort as a problem, let’s remember that adversity can mean growth.

The older I get, the more comfortable I am feeling my edges and building my tolerance for discomfort day to day. It feels authentic, often awkward and always alive.
