Are looking for a

Health Care Assistant/Phlebotomist

Four to Six sessions per week (2-3 days)

We have an exciting opportunity for Health Care Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our hard working team. The position would primarily be based at our branch surgeries in the villages of Taynuilt and Dalmally, so own transport would be essential.

This is a varied and interesting job, and it would be preferable if you possess the following skills, although training will be given:-

· Venepuncture

· BP Checks

· Recording ECGs and other observations

· Urinalysis

· Preferably wound care – although not essential

· Assisting the GP’s and the Nursing team

You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills appropriate to this area of work. The role will involve some admin work ie the in-putting of patient data and this would be completed utilising our clinical system – EMIS. RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED 35 hours per week (this can be negotiable)

Taynuilt Medical Practice are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, together with the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience of working in a health care setting would be advantageous. We are a three-site practice covering Connel, Taynuilt and Dalmally, with Taynuilt being our dispensing site, a driver's license would be preferable.
